What are my rates?

Every live event is different and that’s why my rates aren’t set in stone. The cost to photograph your event depends on a few important things, like:

How long the event runs (a two-hour mixer is very different from a 12-hour convention day)

Where it’s located (some places are easy, others need extra setup or travel time)

What kind of editing is needed afterward (quick selects vs. full retouching or fast turnarounds)

How the images will be used (standard marketing? full copyright? work for hire agreement?)

Creative or technical needs (multiple setups, branded content, backstage access, etc.)

The more I know about your event upfront, the better I can tailor a proposal that fits and make sure I deliver exactly what you need (or more).

How do you pay me to photograph your live event?

All services are provided through Mark Edwards Photography Corporation, a California S-Corporation and loan out entity through which I conduct business. I will provide both a W-9 and an invoice. Please note that all payments should be made payable to Mark Edwards Photography Corporation.
